Payment Terms
Paying with GoCardless is the easiest & best method of payment.
GoCardless is a direct debit payment with a difference that works best for the customer and my business. The difference being is that every payment is a one-off payment that I request after your windows have been cleaned. Once your windows have been done, I request payment through GoCardless who then start the process of the direct debit payment. They will send you an email stating how much and on what date that they are going to take payment for your window cleaning.
To set up with GoCardless, just enter the first line of your address in the reference box below, then click on the ‘Pay with GoCardless’ button, this will take you to the GoCardless setup page, then just fill in your details. Once this is done, I will receive an email informing me that you are now set up. Then you will no longer have to worry about forgetting to pay for your window cleaning again and you will be kept informed of each and every transactions via email. Remember that you are protected by the direct debit guarantee which means you are in control and can cancel at any time.

Cash
Cash can be paid on the day of the clean or alternatively we can text you the night before, so payment can be left in an agreed safe place on your property.
Cheques
Please make cheques payable to: ‘TJ Window Cleaning Services’ and post to:
1 Airey Houses, Goosnargh Lane, Goosnargh, Preston, PR3 2BN
Note: Please write your address on the back of the cheque.
*All payments must be made within 14 days, failure to do so on a regular basis may result in your cleaning service being suspended and in some cases cancelled.
